My service, windshield replacement, was completed in the estimated timeframe and everything was left neat and tidy. We wanted OEM parts and they ordered them and scheduled me within 1.5 weeks from the day I called. They explained the warranty throughly. I stayed at the shop while my device was being completed and several customers came in with questions/concerns while there. They were very friendly and tried to help them on spot.
