Can't go wrong
I had a cracked windshield and I had Safelite take care of it. Very good job. I'm happy I did call Safelite. And best of all is that my insurance took care of the bill.

Quality of the work (had front windshield replaced) and communication skills of the staff were top notch.
Only negative was when I made the appointment which was three days in advance I was told it would take approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Appointment was made for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday with the expectation it would be done no later than 4:45 as I had to pick up my grandson by 5:00 at day care school. My car was finished at 5:30
which caused me a "fire drill" to find someone to pick up my grandson.

Great facility
Fast service, about an hour. I was able to drive off. Waiting area and bathrooms were clean. Drinks and TV made the waiting easy. I wish I had known they could do the service at home.
