From the first woman I spoke with that for me the (great) quote to the technician who completed the work and everyone in between; I was thoroughly pleased.
For the initial installation, there was a defective part that they could not have foreseen. They would have to order the new part and told my husband they would call when the part was in and schedule an appt to complete the work the following week. That wasn’t going to work for me because I was turning the car in the next week (lease). I called in and got a live person on the phone quickly who consulted with a manager who did some research and promptly called me back and said “No problem! We will expedite getting the part and we will come to you on Saturday!” Coming to me was an extra charge that I had originally opted out of and it he waived it because of the trouble. The tech who did the work kept me informed the morning of the appt as I was told he would. He was on time and very informative about the defective piece. He got the job done quickly and was on his way. I can’t praise Safelite enough for the incredible customer service experience that I had.
