So Convenient

I arranged for my son to take my car to a safelite store to replace my windshield on Thursday before Harvey arrived. They waited until he arrived to say the windshield they had available for my car could not be warranted due to scratches in the driver's field of vision. My son contacted me by phone to tell me this. Then, they said they could have another windshield in on Friday, but wouldn't install it until Saturday. They should have checked the windshield they had before it was due to be installed and informed me immediately so that it could have been taken care of on Friday. As it was, I refused to wait until Saturday to have the work done, and we had to have the car at the store by 7am on Friday in order to get it installed. It was impossible to reach the store by phone, and they employees at the main number were no help at all. Very poor customer service!

Excellent service replacing a windshield
My technician was excellent on explaining the whole process on how he would remove and replace a windshield he also explained with all examples of how the warranty work and how to take care of it if I ever needed to all in all the technician did above and beyond his duties his name was Jonathan Castille. And the service that they gave me as I filled out the information to set up the job on the computer was very easy and made everything go by so quickly one minute I had set it up on the computer a couple days later by scheduling it was done and I am pleased to say there have been no leaks no problems with my windshield thank you again Safelite
