I would like to say all the people are courteous and professional. 1) They could not get first windshield to calibrate, but they got it right on the second windshield. I was told there are often problems with calibration. 2) I spent 30 minutes trying to clean the grease marks off the interior. Someone should have done this. 3) There was a chip on the side of the windshield under the rubber trim. I saw the rubber was sticking up and found a glass chip there. The technician said it would not cause a crack, and it is hidden by the rubber. I suspect this windshield came out of another Tundra that would not calibrate and it was crack during removal.
