Poor customer service and wait time
I booked my appointment a week out, prior to a freak-hail storm that affected most of Denver. Instead of separating out the customers based on who made appointments and who was a walk-in, they crumpled everyone together in one big mess. For something that should have taken 90 minutes, it took over 3 hours. On top of that, they couldn't find my reservation when I first showed up, and despite me politely stating, "I have the confirmation on my phone," the front desk lady quickly cut me off and said, "I'm not arguing with you," before "putting me back into the system." She kept going on and on about how she didn't work in the shop, but "worked in the corporate office." Instead of checking in with the customers who were waiting for several hours on end, she kept going on and on about how she "was featured on TV." Once my car was finally done, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because their printer stopped working. I asked that they run my card and I'll skip the receipt to avoid a further delay. The service performed on my windshield was great; however, the customer service and way the shop were unacceptable.

Excellent experience
This was my very first experience with Safelite. I was out of town, and was hit by a rock that made a large, but repairable break. The area was unfamiliar to me, so I called for directions. Very nice and understandable. After I arrived, I was met by a very nice young man that was very knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me. My car was finished quicker than quoted and looked better than I expected. I am a customer for life if all the employees are like him!

Fantastic service
I went to see them about a week ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They got in touch with my insurance company so I knew what I would be expected to pay before doing any work. They inspected my windshield and found all the spots that needed repairing, not just the one I noticed. I can't express enough how great the staff was.

Inexperienced Technicians
I had a windshield installed and the technician did not install it properly. He did not use a sufficient amount of urethane adhesive(it was a real thin layer that the windshield sits on) and when I had a chip from a rock a week later, the windshield immediately cracked across the whole windshield due to vehicle flex.
NOT HAPPY!!
