Nice work

Great Service
I used Safelite Auto to repair my windshield during a trip to NC from CT over the 4th of July weekend. I enjoyed the convenience of having the technician come to my location and Safelite managing my claim with my insurance company. The tech was super friendly and efficient.
My only complaint is that I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment. I recognize it was a holiday weekend but was hoping for faster service

Great job, second time
Service was good, professional, and done within the 90 minute time estimated. My only complaint is that when they came out the first time they had the wrong glass. Not the fault of the installer, the person booking the appointment never asked me for a vin number even after I raised the question on the phone. Oh well, it’s fixed nicely now.
