Good Service but a little late

My service agent was suppose to arrive between 8am-12pm. I had to be to work by 1pm. The agent didn't show up to until 11:15am. He was professional and pleasant but due to the time it took to replace my windshield and the time that I had to wait for the windshield acclimate, I was an hour late for work.
