Review by Craig on 21 Nov 2025review stating Bad Service
I tried to contact the "Lufkin Store" no way. Unless you give yjem your personal information, Your VIN number, your insurance information, etc. they won't talk to you. Read the agreement they post, all the aforementioned information is now theirs for the selling. I tried to access their site to call the Lufkin Store, NOPE! we don't allow you to speak direct to a person, Chat with a bot or go away. . I WOULD NEVER use this service.

Mary and Jesus at the Lufkin location
Review by Kaegan D. on 5 Oct 2025review stating Mary and Jesus at the Lufkin location
I had an amazing experience with Safelite in Lufkin, Texas! Mary was awesome — she answered the phone, helped me get everything scheduled quickly, and made the whole process super easy. When it came time for the repair, Jesus replaced my back window glass and did an incredible job. He was quick, professional, and very friendly the entire time. Both Mary and Jesus provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Safelite location!
