Now I know why when I started asking people where I should go to get get my windshield replaced, everyone told me to go to Safelite Auto in Marlborough. It was the best & easiest customer experience I have had. They made it easy to schedule - 1 phone call, then I received auto reminder messages explaining how the process would work, what to bring, how long it would take, etc. On the day of the repair when I got there, Brooke was wonderful - friendly, explained how it would go & how long it would take, etc. They finished more quickly than the expectation, handled everything with my insurance & I was finished. Thanks to Brooke & their technicians, the work was high quality & the experience was exceptional from initial contact through the completion of the work.

The person who did the install of my window never put inspection sticker back on window left trash in my truck along with the old glue all over the truck and he left a wire tool in the truck
