Absolutely no response over the phone. Tried 3 different numbers multiple times SERVICE QUESTIONS** ** SUESTONS CALL 508-460-0777 ** ( this was on the receipt) , 1800-800-2727 ( from another review response below) , (508) 251-5111 (safelite Marlborough location contact on google) and same stupid response to schedule appointment online when there is no option to schedule a follow up appointment on the website.

I really get angry when companies make my life miserable so they can make it easy and cheap for themselves. Why am I paying for a service, exactly?

During a recent rear glass replacement to my Lexus 450, the technician failed to remove all the broken glass. Thus, every time the rear hatch opens or closes, you can hear the small pieces of glass move around. It is annoying.

The technician arrived on time. Communication was good. The windshield replacement went smoothly. I opted for the overly expensive windshield wipers, but what was installed was clearly the wrong size requiring a visit to your shop to get the right ones.
