I had a great experience with Safelite. My passenger window was busted during a break and enter incident and while they couldn’t offer same-day service (they had to order my window), they wrapped the affected door for free so it would be weatherproofed. The technician was super polite and professional and had the window replacement completed in about 45 minutes. I’d use Safelite again and recommend them to friends and family.

They told us an hour or two. We were there longer than that waiting to get our windshield fixed. I wish they would have told us it was more like 2 to 3 hours. I could have left the car there instead of waiting forever.
