After reading all the bad reviews, I gave them a chance anyway. The 800 operator sounded like a robot. Gave me appt at wrong shop on wrong day, but I showed up anyway. James, behind the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. KT was my tech. He was fast, clean, friendly and explained everything to me. Safelite in this area may have bad reviews, but I would recommend the McKinney store. They treat their customers with decent and respect. Thank you James and KT

I don't know how they're still in business

First, they ordered the wrong glass. Then they got in the correct windshield but can't get it calibrate so I've driven a car with lane assist errors for two months. No one ever called with an update on when a replacement glass would be available.
On top of that, no one ever answers the phone. You can call all day, every day and no one picks up. My wife stopped by when she was close to the shop and they gave her another number to call. It was disconnected. That's about how it is going with this window replacement.

I made my appointment at 8:00am and was confirmed for 2:00. Was told they had everything they needed to replace my windshield. I get there for my appointment to find out 15 minutes later that they don't have the seal to replace my windshield! The manager offered no customer service or apologies just made excuses. If your time is valuable like mine don't waste it with these losers.
