Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hiccups all along the way. I got the rear window of my truck replaced. I was given two options: in the morning bring my truck to their shop, or in the afternoon they could come to my home to replace it there. I chose the home option for convenience. For this reason I did not schedule alternate transportation. I recieved a call later that evening saying they could not come to my home and that the truck must be taken to the shop. An "Ops Manager" said he could come pick my truck up and leave a car (implying it was a rental). Great! He said he would be at my house at 10am. He showed up at 1130. Then continued to tell me a car would be left there but that I couldnt drive it. Awesome. Now I am without transportation. Not only did I wait around all morning, but now I would be waiting around all afternoon without transportation on my day off. Swell. The window got replaced ahead of schedule so thats an up side. The Ops Manager asked me if I wanted the manual or power rear window. Wierd question seeing how I told them on the phone 3 times that it was a power window. He stated that they misquoted me but would still charge me for the manual window. He acted like he did me a favor when in fact he was covering up incompetence. Not a great experience, Safelite.

Safelite blew my expectations out of the water. Setting up an appointment took 30 seconds and they came to my office! My day was not spent in a car repair shop. Stephanie was awesome and fun to chat with and she talked me through the whole process

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service, lowest price, quality product This was the first time I needed a glass repair in 25 years of driving. My insurance company recommended SAFELITE to evaluate a repair at no cost to me. Unfortunately, when the technician arrived, he determined that the crack was too long and couldn't be repaired. This is where you think frustration would set in, right? We'll not so fast...the technician exceeded my expectations and personally called to set an appointment for the windshield repair. Two days later, a different technician showed up to perform the work. He was in in out in under 2 hours, even with steady rain. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the replacement glass. Since I was paying for this replacement out-of-pocket instead of through insurance, I chose to go with OEM instead of original glass to save a little money. I can't even tell the difference between the glass that they used and the original Toyota glass that was replaced. So far, so good. The technician who performed the work was very neat, clean, and professional. I am sure that you guys deal with window replacements hundreds of times in a week, but I feel that the two technicians who came out to my house were both very sympathetic to my point of view of as a customer. (ie..... unexpectedly​ need a new windshield which was going to cost me several hundred dollars our of pocket). I would definitely contact SAFELITE in the future if necessary, and I will refer all of my friends and relatives. Thank you SAFELITE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Rate After some drunk smashed our 1995 Suburban window on Wednesday night, we made an appointment on Thursday and it was repaired, good as new, on Friday. Window in stock and installed in an hour. Best possible outcome !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and personable service My car was vandalized and I had to get my driver side window replaced. On line booking was easy. They were waiting on the window and came out apologizing for the delay. But it was maybe 20 minutes longer than the originally estimated. I jus appreciate being notified. The cleaned up my glass and replaced the window. I was extremely impressed. Was not as much as I thought it would be.
