Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience from phone call to completed job. My husband made the phone call and was given direct information, what to expect, the cost, and the price was right. It only took a couple of days from the phone call to the actual job being completed. We were kept in the loop of what was happening, when they were coming to our place to do the job, and the job was completed in very little time. I like that they came to our place we didn't have to leave the home.........perfect. The technician who came to do the job got right to work and when he was done was polite, friendly and assured us if we had any questions or concerns how to reach them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just...WOW! I called my claims department yesterday to report that I needed my windshield replaced. They took the information they needed to schedule a replacement. The claims department recommended that with the new windshield I also have Safelite replace my wipers (less that $30). Before I had time to set the receiver in it's cradle, I had a text message from Safelite confirming my appointment with a link to their very easy to follow website with all the details regarding my work order. (I thought: Gees that was quick). Included was a picture of Jonathan, the service technician who would replace my windshield. Later that morning I received a call from Jonathan indicating that he would be at my workplace between noon and 2pm the following day to replace my windshield. When I got home in the evening, I had a voice message confirming the appointment. Today I received a message at 11:45 indicating that Jonathan would be at my place of employment at 11:45. At 11:47 in walks Jonathan. Jonathan shook my hand. He was both professional and friendly. I felt like a trusted friend was replacing my windshield. I walked out with Jonathan to review the work to be done. Jonathan took a look at my wipers and told me that my wipers were of higher quality than what he would otherwise replace them with. I thanked him for his honesty and the savings. He then told me that the replacement would take about an hour. He told me that afterwards not to drive the car for an hour nor should I wash it for 1-2 days in a high pressured car wash. 45 minutes later I got a text message indicating he was done. I met Jonathan out in the parking lot. Not only did he do a phenominal job with my windshield, he washed the other Windows and also vacuumed the front of the interior including the breakfast crumbs in my seat! Safelite understands what total customer service means. They have nailed the concept of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The only way they could have possibly improved my experience is if they were sitting in my back seat with a windshield when my existing one was chipped, but that would be just a little wierd... Haha. You guys are AMAZING! Nice job! La

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job! My neighbor was weed-eating and accidentally chucked a rocked which busted out the passenger window in my van. Service was wonderful, the window was perfect, the time taken to reinstall was approx. an hour, and 99.9% of the glass was cleaned up. I couldn't ask for a better product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Above and beyond service. I had a chip in my camper windshield. I contacted Safelite, on a Sunday afternoon, through their web site and had a response within minutes. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8 and 10AM. The technition called at 7:45 and said he would be at my location by 8. At 8 he was there. He inspected the damage and told me I would have to replace the windshield because it was not repairable. He then set up an appointment for the next day. Later that day I got a call from the local Safelite office telling me that it would be better if I took my camper to their location because it would be off the street and safer. I agreed to take it to them. They also informed me that, because of the unique situation, it would take longer than 3 hrs. I informed them I had no transportation and would wait for it. When I dropped the camper off they offered to take me home. I accepted and was immediately taken home. They told me they would let me know when it was finished. I told them that I had no way of picking it up until after 6. They offered to bring it to me. When the repair was done they brought my camper to my home. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that emphasizes customer service. I would not hesitate to reccommed Safelite to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle's windows.
