Overall happy, I was out of town when work was done for a week. I was surprised to see duct tape on top of vehicle taped to window. I have a plastic protection piece along the top of roof, when I pulled the tape off it pulled plastic protector off!

My passenger door window was broken on 10/24/2018 and the window was replaced on 10/25/2018 which was convenient, however during the replacement my interior door panel was broken to the point that I could not lock my passenger door and the outer handle was loose. I was told the piece was difficult to find and it did not come in until 12/8/2018 on 12/8/2018 they came to replace the broken piece which had not been color matched yet and was given the piece and told that I'd be notified of where to take the piece after 1 or 2 weeks I contacted Safelite and was told I was to get a quote to have the piece painted, I continued to attempt to contact my local store and finally did in late January 2019/early February 2019 and was finally told where I could go. 1 week after I dropped off the piece I was told by my local Safelite that it would take 3-5 days to get the payment approved, I contacted the call center and was told that a quote had not been submitted by my local Safelite and they contacted the body shop and approved the order as of 3/6/2019 my car was finally completely fixed and my door was finally able to lock! In total it took 4.5 months for this issue to be resolved which was a direct result of their incompetent employee and incompetent customer care.
