Safelite installed a windshield in a 2012 F-250 & a windshield in a 2022 Ram 3500. The F-250 was installed by Technician #1805-962 & the windshield in the Ram was installed by technician #1805-961. Also, I have scheduled another replacement on March 13, 2026. I am not good at remembering names, but I will continue to use Safelite.

They quoted a price to replace the windshield and while retaining my credit card information charged a higher price. This was brought to their attention three times and on each occasion I was promised the issue would be resolved. To date this still has not been resolved. I considered this branch of Safelite in New Baltimore "CROOKS" and totally taking advantage of a senior citizen!!!

Today (10/20/25) I had my first ever windshield replacement done in 13 years of being a licensed driver. Zachary was my Tech and was incredibly professional, quick and did a fine job at making sure my car was taken car of. No messes left. And it truly was like, he was never there. If you're looking for a windshield replacement ever, I highly reccomnded safelite on 23 mile road!
And the CONVINCE of them coming to your home is even better. Truly a seamless process from start to finish.
