The process of windshield replacement was much better than I anticipated. The technician, Danny, was professional and personable. I watched the whole process because I was curious…don’t have a lot of experience with this type of work. He was able to work at a quick pace while explaining to me every step of the process including naming the tools and how they work. I learned a lot about glass replacement and safety.
