Windshield & wipers replaced on 4/25:24. Not my primary vehicle; problem only recently discovered. Automated system kicked me out before being able to talk with anyone. Extremely unhappy being unable to speak with someone. I do not live close to the shop and am unable to contact anyone about this.

We were just south of Newport Vermont on our way to a vacation in Quebec when a car passed us and kicked up stone that hit our windshield leaving a star crack about the size of a quarter. We Goggled Safelite and found a shop at the next exit. They dealt directly with my insurance, repaired the crack and we were in and out and on our way in less than an hour! Thank you Safelite!
