Hi, the guy came to my home and replaced my windshield. He was very friendly and polite.

The St. Johnsbury office preformed the work quickly and were very courteous.

We had no issue with Safelite. They called to keep us updated on their arrival, they did a great job, no complaints at all, thanks again Safelite!

I have emailed several times asking for the proper windshield.. I explained how it had a full tint .. and read all the sticks with the sound saver etc.. and this windshield is not the same that I had.. the whole experience was discouraging.. my first visit to shop.. nobody showed... they never even called me.. I was there 15 min before and waited until 8:25 because sometimes things happen and I get it... but I never go a call and I feel they should have better customer service. then I had debris in my drive and on my dash... 2 seconds to sweep off the dash would have left a much better impression .. being an Agent and using Safelite as our go to glass company. My experience has me questioning the workmanship.. I had to utilize you in the past and the service was great.. but I would LOVE to get my same glass back!!! again several emails.. and no response.. will call the rep today..

The technician was on time, and very friendly. He did a great job and was very professional. Answered my questions and was done in a little over an hour.
