You start out with a small two hour window to be home, a email/text from the technician that morning confirming the appointment. It includes his name and picture. The technician once again will call/text to indicate when they are 30 minutes from your home.
Why can’t other service/repair companies do a better job at scheduling?!? I get that replacing a windshield is standard, but this is the way customers want to be treated....
