I spent over an hour trying to make an appointment on line, the website kept crashing and phone help had a person you could not understand. this push for AI kills customer service. all of the most successful companies have a PERSON to talk to. it takes much less time to talk to an understandable person than chat which is useless. go back to calling the service location, the people there were fantastic!!! the shop is in Newton NJ.
