My Safelite tech did a superb job on replacing two windshields. Our Audi lived with its cracked windshield for two years. When the other car developed a crack, I called Safelite. I was thoroughly delighted by the professionalism of our pleasant and polite tech named Noah. He arrived precisely on time and replaced the windshields in our driveway, making the process extremely convenient. For myself, it's a long story but the glass was finally repaired. The issues come from the offices and multiple technicians telling myself different things all for the same issue. Overall, the gas was repaired and is the way I wanted it to be in the first place. Issues did not come from the last set of technicians from the North Haven shop, they were great and very helpful with the issue.

I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of either of the employees I interacted with. I brought my Jetta in to your North Haven CT location last Tuesday after hitting a deer and needing the entire windshield replaced. The gentleman who assisted me in the morning was professional and efficient. The young woman who was there early afternoon when I went to pick up the car was very friendly and gave me a recommendation on how I might save money on the broken headlight. She was petite with very short brown hair. I wish I had gotten their names (my apologies). I would recommend this location for sure.
