Great Job guys.

In a world gone crazy by a total lack of comunication you guys where great. Dare I say over comunicated. We droped the car off and picked it up right on queue! We where on a tight schedule with a kid due to drive back to colorado later that same day so you guys deivered just when you said you would.

OK but not timely!!

Service was fine, but the timing of service was not good. I had an appointment for three weeks and had my car in prior to 9:00 am, but the car was not done until 5 :00 pm.

Sooner rather than later!

Due to a series of unexpected events, I had to reschedule more than once and had to go with the mobile service. We were given a large window of when the Tech could arrive. Our SafeTech, Matthew, was amazing. He was in contact with me to let me know he would be able to come by sooner than the given window. This worked better for my household! He finished the job and it looked amazing, plus he was able to transfer our window decals to the new windshield. This is the second time I have been in need of Safelite's services and it will not be the last time I am sure!

Best Tech Ever

I ordered the wrong windshield by mistake due to some temperature thing I didn't know I had. Rather than just putting the incorrect windshield in the installer said he would go back and get the correct one. He showed up later that afternoon to install the correct one quick and easy. Any other person probably would have just put the one they had in and gone about there other appointments. I really appreciate what he did for us!
