From the initial phone call requesting windshield replacement though the courteous departure of the technician as he left, it was an entirely positive and professional experience. The person that set the appointment was very polite and accommodating. I asked some tough questions and the response was accurate and put me at ease. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my windshield but without being intrusive or obnoxious.
