Have to give credit, where credit is due. Jacob came out and did my trucks windshield with such efficiency, he communicated well and let me know ahead of time when he would be there and then 10 minutes before also. Jacob got right to work, finished quickly and then ran me through all of the calibration and warranty guidelines. I can’t thank him enough and would recommend to anyone

Twice we had scheduled to have our windshield replaced! Had to push off our personal plans! Only to be called and told that the glass did not come in! When I took the manager to task a second time he hung up on me then refunded monies! Left me dead in the water!

My initial technician was very friendly and seemed to do a good job, but a crack started forming two days after the install. I scheduled a warranty appointment but the technician cancelled and said I would get a call back to reschedule but I never did. I rescheduled online and the technician refused to compete the warranty service because of a rock chip crack that happened after the initial crack. I have spent two days attempting to reach someone to discuss options and have been unable to talk to the shop manager and just keep getting run around by the 800 number people.
