Convenient and friendly service!
After contacting insurance agent I was referred to Safelite. Friendly staff, and very convenient by coming to replace windshield onsite while I was at work! Very smooth process!

They were able to get me in quickly. We were able to schedule on line. My only negative was they did not have option on line to tell which windshield was needed for my Subaru ( I have Eyesight) It ha d to be ordered and I had to return the next day to be installed. After they receive the correct windshield, the rest was smoother and easy. :)

I used safelite on 8/5/2017 in Oxford Alabama to replace my windshield. The tech broke my panel inside my car replacing my windshield. My wife and I are unhappy with the service.
