Called safelite on Friday and they were out promptly on Saturday. Went downhill quickly after that. They did part of the window and didn't have the parts to finish the job. Told me not to drive the vehicle. It's now Wednesday evening and still haven't heard a word from them. Almost a week without my vehicle. Very poor in my opinion.
