The gentleman who fix my windshield took great care fixing my 30 year old truck. They were as pleased as I was to have it turn out so well.

The final results of the service was excellent! The process leading up to the final results was a bit trying. It started off with scheduling whereby, once scheduled and the subcontracted technician from New Hampshire came on site, the wrong windshield was loaded in the van. Back to scheduling. Scheduling informed the process would take an hour and a half. Day of appointment I went to drop off my vehicle, the very nice lady at the Portland Safelite office informed it would be 2.5 hours. Rescheduled again. Dropped off car on the day of the new appointment. Same nice lady at the desk super friendly...Keep her! Picked up vehicle the next day and the one thing I would say about the experience is that it wasn't as informative as I was anticipating or overheard from a technician with another customer giving them a rundown of things to look for, not to do, etc. The personal touch was experienced by the other customer and I was basically handed my keys and told not to run it through a car wash for a few days. I'm not sure what Safelite's customer experience process typically is but I'd say mine was less than optimal. Quality of workmanship thus far on the windshield is excellent.

The man who came to fix my glass was super friendly. When he couldn't finish the work the same day due to a rusted piece on the car, he told me when he’s be back and he came back and promptly fixed it.

The technician was great. He was friendly and thorough. He was efficient and followed all protocols while being able to answer any of my questions.

I am from Florida and had to get back from Maine. I called morning of appt to try to get the early appt so I could leave. Within minutes my tech returned my call and said he was on his way! He showed up, was very professional and got my new windshield in promptly! I was on my way just an hour later back to Florida. I’ve used Safelite before and would never recommend anyone other than Safelite to family & friends!!
