My experience with Safelite was excellent. They were the only ones in New York who could source my 2026 glass in a timely manner, which immediately set them apart. Safelite in Queens Village NY replaced my windshield and we noticed a small scratch. They worked at buffing it, but they weren't satisfied and ordered a replacement. About a week later installed it and seems fine now. Each install required calibrating the electronics, which seem fine.
