Bombarded with requests in person, online, by phone the woman in the office pleasantly greets, advises, facilitates insurance claims, processes orders, schedules, dispatches to a team of technicians/ installers (Kenny, in my case) who capably and respectfully returned my car looking great.

I came in for a windshield replacement. I ended up coming back after taking a look at the top of my windshield thinking it was paint damage from from the service. It was the lady at the front desk reassured me and explained how it worked and that the damage would be big greater/different. The tech who was working on my car however left some rubber debris on the dash and the passenger seat. No big deal wanted to let the worker know it was there and he started getting angry from 0-100 saying that, "if it wasn't a big deal then why bring it up. " Got in my face multiple times screaming into my ear while being within an inch from by body about how he does quality work and telling me how I was blaming him for damaging my car but all I wanted was from reassurance that that wasn't the case. Customer service wise, I would never recommend someone come back here again considering that the tech also is dry reving my car and lying about how it was the sound of the garage door opening when in the video the door was already opened and the light is seen coming in from the TV in the front. He kept screaming at me the whole time and trying to gas light me about how I'm wrong and don't know what my own car sounds like and screaming over the lady at the front desk who is trying to calm the situation down. Bring you car somewhere else. This is the kind of experience that makes people distrust mechanics and those who work on your belongings.
Trim pieces on the side of the windshield weren't removed properly and the clips holding them are now damaged along with paint chips from removing them improperly. I have now a large gap sticking out from the passenger side of the windshield where i can see a poor job of what they did underneath when they were installing the windshield.
The upper gasket for the windshield is also sunken in by over a 1/4 from the roof of the car going beneath the glass and is now a main concern for water leaks along with the sides of the glass.
