Rated 4 out of 5 by from Innitial Connection To schedule an appointment was difficult, I received the wrong item on the first attempt, I was given the wrong appointment and even though I had an e-mail, I was not in the system. The store had me under a different time. The store provided excellent customer service and was able to install my windshield that day despite all the technical difficulties.

The scheduling process was easy and they kept me informed. I liked that they send a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to repair your windshield and they send text messages to alert you that the technician is on their way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and great service! I was traveling on the freeway and a rock damaged my windshield. I called Safelite and they attempted to make a repair, but were unable to do so. Since the repair was unsuccessful I had the windshield replaced. Safelite re-imbursed me for the repair cost and credited that cost toward my new windshield. I paid the deductible and my insurance paid the remainder costs. Thanks Safelite for making this process so stress free!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Usually Good Service - Not so this time I originally scheduled to have my windshield replaced in my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. We arrived for our appointment at the shop and waited for approximately 20 minutes before they took our car into the service bay. Once inside the service bay, it sat there for another 10 minutes before one of the installers came to tell us the new windshield had a really bad scratch in it. It wasn't something they could still put in since it was right in the area of where you look through the glass on the passenger side. They had to re-order the glass so we had to re-schedule an appointment for five days later. We had the windshield replaced, but about two weeks later the molding on the driver's side started coming off from the window. We were on a road trip to Washington State and the only way to get it fixed was to wait for over a week no matter if we took it to a shop which was over an hour a way or have a mobile shop repair. This lack of workmanship is not acceptable.
