I used them two weeks ago. The technician called before coming. Gave me a estimate of what it would cost. Which was great, because it prepared me for what to expect. The crack in the window was repaired in a timely manner (30 minutes) The front window looked great. Awesome job and I would recommend Safelite to all my friends.

Good Job Done!
The front windshield looks great and the installation looks very good. The manager even asked me about an inspection sticker on the old glass and if I needed it. I did not but just asking me said they cared and that it was not all about give us your money, here is the glass, bye! Very good.

All in a days work
This service was to replace a cracked front windshield. Employees were friendly and efficient, getting the job done on time. They told me it would be about an hour and they finished right on time. They also cleaned not only the new glass, but all the other glass on the car...that's going the distance and then some. I appreciate it!!!
