Technician was professional in his demeaner, but the the windshield scratched he informed me that I could get a new one but due to the fact that I had waited almost a week for someone to contact me, after claim was submitted and that I had to drive an hour to get to the shop. On top of that we were on vacation and running out of time I took the scratched one. I left the shop and got about 20 minutes down the road I noticed the wiper blades were installed wrong and had to turn around and return to shop

Seth arrived early and was like a meticulous honey bee working tirelessly to accomplish his mission. He was very focused and intent on delivering top quality of service and did he deliver! The new windshield is just like the old one he removed. Later that day it rained and the sensors detected it and the wipers came right on automatically as before! He put my service reminder sticker right back, without a flaw and he put brand new Velcro sticker set on the back of my EZ Pass transponder! Flawless experience, professional treatment above and beyond! Seth is definitely a great asset to Safelite!
