The initial technician showed up but refused to do service. He didn't contact me or talk to me whatsoever about it. Even after spending ample time with my vehicle he not once said he couldn't do it. Just up and left. The only communication was a notification of a changed appointment that I wasn't aware of. After that, I called customer service and for the bad service and lack of communication from technician 1, I was to be refunded 44.98. Only part of it was completed and so I had to call again to receive the rest. Now I'm still fighting with them because they don't have "enough reason" even though I was already told I'd recieve the refund. The receipt was even changed to show that and thankfully I took screenshots because they went back, again without notice, and changed my receipt to cancel the refund.
Further, Technician number 2 then did the replacement and three days later my mirror has fallen off due to bad adhesion. So now I have to go to a safelight shop because a mobile technician won't come to me until Monday. Safelight technicians have a hard time doing their job. This place is a joke. And I will never use them again.
