Everyone was very polite, respectful and friendly. I waited while my windshield was being replaced and it didn't take long at all. My cabin filter needed replacing, which the employee ( Josh ) had showed me. I went ahead and had done. It needed it. Very efficient !!

I have to hand it to Safelite's resilient employees. The one that came out and replaced our windshield worked in 100 degree weather outside and in direct sunlight, and he did the entire job with no complaints! I don't think he ever even took a break to cool off! He did the entire job in exactly the time he said it would take as well. As he was finishing up, I had to giggle a little as I watched him use a rag to make sure there wasn't even the tiniest spot on that glass. He was incredibly detailed! After he was finished, he gave me all the information of what to do and what not to do. He handled everything in a very professional manner.

My only complaint is that the first lady I tried to make an appointment with seemed bored and not interested. She kept yawning in the phone and had a hard time getting my information correct. Other than that, everything went smooth. The next lady I dealt with was very professional and efficient. The technician did a good job and was polite and professional.
