When the service was done, I left for work (with another vehicle) and I saw him parked a couple of blocks away on his phone!! What was he in a hurry for?! This is the second time I received service from Safelight. The first technician cleaned my new windshield thoroughly, was very friendly and explained what to expect and what we need to do afterwards (very detailed). This one was not cleaned as I could still see the round attachments smear used to hold the windshield in place. The job lasted less than 30 mins (not sure if that’s standard because the other took more than an hour with another tech and service was absolutely terrible. Good thing this is my second time as I know what I need to do after the service is done because right when our technician was done, there were no instructions said. I work for the insurance company and have very close ties with the others and will definitely let my concerns known to our claims/ underwriting department so they can look into whether the customer service levels still aligns with the expectations in regards to member value and customer service.
