After driving my car for over 3 months with a cracked windshield, I finally got it replaced. I couldn’t afford to replace it immediately, and took a risk to drive my car, hoping nothing happened. Safelite came out to my home and replaced the windshield, no problem excellent work. Thanks!

Excellent job, windshield oem jeep and had little jeep driving the border. Installer even removed my car wash decal in one piece and put it on new windshield.

With all the windshields for this model Chrysler Pacifica, wouldn’t you know that they arrived with the wrong one. That was Saturday morning, and after a talk with the manager in which he said he would check to find mine, and call me back. Within 30 minutes he was calling back to tell me he would have the windshield in Monday, and would install on Tuesday. All went well and on Tuesday the tech arrived, and installed the new windshield. Everyone was very professional, and I appreciate the quick turnaround. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond, and everyone went above and beyond?

They told me how long it would take and was perfect timing and service.
