Installation Went Well
The installation went well, however, it would have been nice if he had wiped off the dash afterward. Also we didn't drive the car for a couple of days and the battery was dead because he left the passenger door ajar. Nothing bad, just a little disappointing.

Left wishing for better service
The windshield installation scheduling was great. The technician called about an hour ahead of arriving on site to change my windshield. He was able to install the windshield while in our garage which was perfect. However, he did not let me know when he was finished. I was working at home in my office in the basement of the house. I had told the technician to call me when he was finished so I could come outside to look at the car before he left. To my surprise when I came upstairs to check in him and if the car was finished, he was gone. He called about 20 minutes or so later and asked if I was still home because he left something in my garage. I went outside to see what was left, and he left his windshield caulking gun on top of my lawnmower. I had proceeded to leave the garage door open and prepared my lunch. He must have arrived and taken his caulking gun but he did not tell me he did.
I did not appreciate the lack of communication from the technician. I do not like leaving my garage door open and unattended. We have been robbed in the past and a little communication would have made me feel a lot more informed - especially when my assets are left unattended.
