I work for a large insurance company who uses Safelite as its vendor. However, this service was not insurance-based and wanted to see how they perform as a “cash-based” customer. Transparently, I was just going to step into the basic replacement but decided to get the “bells and whistles” (windshield replacement, wiper replacement, and rain repellent) for my wife’s 2013 Ford Fusion. The windshield took a hard rock creating a two-foot crack in the middle of the windshield. When I arrived at the Surprise, Arizona location, I was immediately greeted by employees. The service was prepaid and scheduled via the website (quick, convenient, and self-explanatory)! The employee behind the counter (Susan) was absolutely cheerful, pleasant, and expressed gratitude for our business. Our tech, Cody, was awesome! The workmanship was spot on and aftercare instructions were super simple. I inspected the work and it was solid! Thank you, Safelite, for your professional work and caring for us! Service was worth every penny and I will definitely refer to this location!!!

I checked in at 9:30 for a 10am appointment, I went back at 11 and they say they thought I left! I told them when I checked in I would be out side. Not one person came to look at my car or help me.

Safelite came to my home to repair a chip that was spreading. They arrived on the schedule time,. The technician was courteous and told me what he was going to do. Safelite handled the insurance claim.
