Had them come out to fix the window of my car because it was off track. While fixing it the tech accidently cut the wire that control all of my windows. The window was left halfway up and a plastic sheet was taped over it to keep rain out. It took the manager a few days to call me back because he was out of town. I was understanding and he said he would order the replacement part and schedule it to get installed. That was two weeks ago. He has been dodging calls to get this taken care of and of course today he is gone for the rest of the week again. I am driving a car that I can't see out the driver window and the plastic rattles louder than a plane engine on the interstate. I will update this review if they honor their work but until them don't trust them with your car.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield.
