SAFELITE AUTOGLASS - VIRGINIA BEACH,VA (04130) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 1016.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick Professional handling I went into satellite expecting for it to go how most car repairs go: you sit there for hours on end just to get ripped off. This was not the case. As I was pulling up I was immediately greeted with a smile, and after inspecting the car they told me how long it would take, and the cost upfront. They provided quality professional service when I needed it. I highly recommend going to safelite for your window or windshield needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good visit could have ended better Return visit for a new repair. Greeted well. Repair looks good. Silicone flakes (exterior window & crevasses; interior, window, dashboard, floor-mat), and smudge prints left on interior and exterior of vehicle. Brought to techs attention and he briefly wiped off some of it. Didn't appear concerned. I vacuumed car and cleaned windows when I got home. Receipt stated Safelite cleaned windows and vacuumed. At least the window was fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat disappointing! We had a small chip in the glass. Safelight came out to fix that and the glass broke. Now it was on us and not the Insurance co. They ordered the glass and scheduled us out for a week. The next guy brought the windshield but not all the new parts.. Now it seems our rain sensor doesn’t work. Both guys were nice so that was not an issue. They both seemed knowledgeable. But would like our rain sensor to work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service tech did fine- the company however I was quoted 3 different quotes and wasn’t able to use the best one. The lady on the phone from the main call centered told me “there is no way we would do it for that cheap! ” it was only $12 less than the current quote but I prefer straight up pricing so you don’t feel like you have to time it up or you get shafted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR RELIABILITY WITH WARRANTY! I scheduled the appt online and they came promptly as scheduled to my house to fix the glass on my driver's side door. I had already did some preparations for the repair tech by having the door glass cleaned out, removed the trim panel, plastic watershield, and the inner weather stripping. I didn't remove the outer weather stripping. The tech repaired the window, but, never showed me that it worked prior to leaving. It was in place and I could close the door, so, didn't have an issue with it. The very first time I went to open the window, no issues. Go to close it and the window catches on the outer weather stripping, causing it to bend and not shut. I fixed it best I could to be able to close the window, which became bent beyond repair. Called to have a warranty visit, which was scheduled a week later. A different tech came out, looked over the window and stated they should be coming out again to repair the window. The tech called back within 10 minutes of leaving my house to say the manage talked with the original repair tech stating that they won't be repairing that stripping due to the tech not taking it off the door.
