Rated 5 out of 5 by Kim Co from Professional and pleasant! I called Safelite for a chip repair. Their system immediately allowed me to book and they were willing to even verify my insurance. My insurance required more of me otherwise the job would've been done by the next morning. When I was able to straighten things out see if it was there to make sure that it was taken care of. They met me on time to care of the situation and explain any outside details I need to be aware of. I would highly recommend them and will use them again should I need to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gamachem from Extremely tedious service that made me miss work A few weekends ago on a Sunday I found my driver side front window smashed in. My insurance company put me in touch with Safelite to replace my window. After talking to 2 phone reps on Monday morning, I was finally able to schedule an appointment that would take place 3 days later on a Thursday morning. I got a confirmation email stating their arrival time, who my technician was, and what to expect. On that same day, I was told to go to the nearest location, which is 45 minutes away, to get a crash wrap. It was applied free of charge. My Thursday morning appointment at home was scheduled between 8am and noon so I stayed home from work expecting to get service and then go into work after it was done. I received a phone call at around 9am from my technician telling me that my window had not come in yet and they wouldn’t know if it would be in or not until 2pm. 2pm rolls around and my technician calls me back telling me that my window arrived. I then asked if they would be stopping by my home to install it, but my technician told me “he was not near my location” for some reason and that if they were to come to my house they’d have to do it on Friday morning instead. They also told me if I wanted my window replaced that same day I’d have to go to their shop to have another technician install it for me. Because I simply needed a window as soon as possible, I bit the bullet and drove the 45 minutes to the shop to get it installed rather than wait the extra day for them to come to me. I should have been at work on Thursday, but my entire day was wasted to get this window replaced… In summary, Safelite took DAYS to replace a window that should have been done no later than one day after my incident. They made me miss work and I had to drive 45 minutes out to their shop to get my window replaced rather than having it done at home like the original appointment confirmation stated. Dealing with Safelite was extremely tedious and I expected a lot better. When it came to the actual service of replacing my window there were no complaints, but having to wait almost a full week and take time off from work to have them spend 45 minutes to install my window was completely unacceptable.
