When I went in because I felt like my sensing technology wasn't working the way it had been prior to the service, the manager, Mike, had his crew check to ensure that the recalibration they did of the sensing tech was done the right way. When they determined that it was just the vehicle's tech resetting to factory settings, he very patiently and professionally explained how I could adjust the sensitivity on the tech on my own, walking me through how to do it without any frustration.
This crew was professional, patient, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. They went above and beyond and treated me with respect and understanding--something that can be rare to find in the vehicle repair world.
Second (Warranty) installation went well.
A technician, Sean, called and stated they would be there from 8-12. Then it became 2pm. Then closer to four. Then a call that they’d be there at 6 because they ‘forgot’ a part at a last job. I call the number to speak with someone to reschedule and suddenly my windshield is not available at the shop- which is why there is a delay. This individual who I spoke to on the phone thought it was appropriate to provide the number to the shop to me in remedy of them not arriving with it on time. Yet if the shop doesn’t have it- how would they be a solution. Furthermore, how is it a solution by adding work and time for the consumer. The individual on the phone further stated that the shop is two hours away but the shop is in Williston? The run around was incredibly disappointing. Since I could not have it fixed at 630pm- the solution was I’ll have it fixed five days later after the weekend.
I asked Sean to speak with someone to discuss a consumer complaint. I spoke with an individual on the phone asking for someone to call me to discuss a consumer complaint. Mike then arrives at my apartment and I still ask to speak with someone to discuss a complaint. I’m told each time it will happen and still no call. Overall incredibly disappointed. A simple phone conversation has resulted in not using this service again and I will be sure to not recommend it.
