This was my first experience with Safelite. I was impressed in the service and prompt response of the agents as I arrived. The complete replacement was about two hours. I was very pleased with my car when the job was finished. The only disappointment was the air conditioner was not operable in the waiting area. That needs immediate attention NOW!
