Glass looks great and appears well sealed. All the Sienna through the windshield stuff is working well. Only minor concern, a number of my settings, like headlights on auto and interior lights were turned off and not reset, big surprise a day later when I went out to the car in the pitch black night! Even just a warning would have been nice.

Communications were great up to an including the arrival for the repair. Repair started on time. Afterwards, this got a little strange. None of the attachments to the window (EZPass, dash camera) were reaffixed. Wires were just left dangling. I was told my dash camera was "calibrated", which was not explained. In fact, since the dash camera was not reconnected, how could anything have been done with it? The section of glass containing the inspection and emissions stickers was very large and misshapen. When I went to get the replacement stickers, this was brought to my attention, as they had difficulty storing the glass.
