Your lady at the front desk offers great customer service and is very efficient and knowledgeable. Reid replaced our windshield and was very confident in his skills and abilities to provide his best service. No problems after the new windshield was replaced. You need to keep these 2 employees -folks like these are hard to find. Keep up the good work!

Much confusion regarding the extra charge. The day of the delivery I learned from a lady that I owed an extra $100. The 3 letters describing what kind of glass was/still is a mystery to me. She said that I had been aware of this issue prior to delivery date. I had not! I am a professional pianist, not an automotive scholar. My insurance man helped me understand. Blane, the installer was fantastic! I was scheduled last on his route and he arrived around 5:30 p. m. A long day for him and me! His attention to my vehicle was outstanding! He deserves a bonus - late in the day, it started raining, and not easy!! Thank you, Blane!!!

The team was very friendly and the work was finished on time. However the windshield was very dirty on the inside, some type of film, also had to return to get a screw cover. Somewhat disappointing.
