First time ever having to replace a windshield, my initial time frame given was about 1. 5 - 2 hours, they had it done in 1 hour. The guys there all seemed really nice and answered any of the questions I had. Unfortunately I had to replace my brand-new wiper blades, but Safelites wipers are just as good as the ones I had put on, which initially caused the crack/break in my window. Thankfully wasn't treated stupid for cracking my own windshield while changing out my wiper blade.
