We've had 2 very poor experiences with Safelite recently. The most recent one for our windshield I multiple times with multiple employees confirmed prior to our service that they would take care of calibrating our ADAS cameras before we left the Safelite shop. I was told multiple times that Safelite would take care of the ADAS calibration. Then when my wife brings in our car while I'm working they send her away saying that they will not calibrate the cameras & making her sign a release form that Safelite is not responsible for any issues arising from their refusal to calibrate the cameras.

Sorry for the confusion and hassle. It appears the software to recalibrate this vehicle is currently only available at the dealership.

I was quoted a price for the service of replacing the windshield. Included three new wiper blades, six years old and I thought the price of the blades was a little high until I looked them up on the web. Everything was right on. The new windshield was done in a timely manner and I was given instructions to not wash for two days. I am a satisfied customer.

I have no reservations in recommending Safelite Autoglass service to anyone needing glass repair or replacement on their car or truck. They have replaced windshields in my cars and trucks over the years including recent replacement of a windshield that somehow guided the car between the stripes on the road, a great safety feature.
