I was expecting an email to praise Sean for his fantastic customer service when fixing my Jeep windshield. He was fast, friendly, and extremely courteous. He is an asset to safelite for sure. I highly recommend safelite for your autoglass needs. This was the fastest experience I've had getting anything repaired on a vehicle and the best part, he came to my work to fix it. Will never go there ever again. Had water leaking in car and dripping on my feet right after windshield was replaced. Was told it was probably the sunroof? Really? Took it back and said it was the body seal leaking. On a 2019 pilot? Don't think so. Right above the windshield that would have had to be lifted to get the new windshield in. Just said they would 'fix it for me' and pit urethane in it. Though they said it had nothing to do with windows replacement. Seems odd? Bullshit

I had a cracked side window. I called my insurance company and they scheduled an appointment. It turned out that appointment wasn't going to work with my schedule. I called Safelite Dubois directly and they were very helpful in rescheduling. The technician, Joshua, showed up on time and completed the work very professionally and was very friendly. He explained everything I needed to know.
