Review by Susan F. on 4 Nov 2026review stating Horrible service
It has taken 3 appointments to get our windshield replaced. First appointment had to be rescheduled because the repair could not be fixed at our home. Second appointment was scheduled at 9:30am at the Eden Prairie location. Received call at 5:15pm to say work was complete. They closed at 5:30pm. Had to wait 2 more days to pick up vehicle. When we picked up Jeep the rubberized frame was not secure and hanging off windshield. Call customer service and they could have cared less. Now we are waiting for the repair on our original repair. Will never go back or recommend

Safelite did a great job Excellent communication before and during the repair. It is amazing that the company inventories windshields for almost any make and model car. I have a 2009 VW Eos which is not a common car and the repkacement windshield was in stock! It took the technician about an hour to replace the windshield in my driveway. I am a happy customer.
Review by Sheryl H. on 20 Oct 2026review stating Extremely Professional Windshield Replacement
My four month old Nissan Pathfinder's windshield got hit by a flying rock off a road construction stuck. Safelite had an opening the next day, but when I went in, they said I needed a windshield replacement, rather than a repair. They ordered an EOM replacement and installed it a week later. It is perfect!
