The whole process was so easy. I booked everything online and didn’t even speak to anyone until the installer called to tell me he was on his way. He was very informative on the whole process and very professional.

1st appointment canceled the day of. After making calls was due to glass not coming in. 2nd appt scheduled 12-5 a few days later. After calling tech at 5:30 there were still 3 ahead of us. Would have been dark by then! Ridiculous one tech was given so many jobs in one day. 3rd appt scheduled was on time and tech did a good job then.
