I had a sliding rear window leaking into my truck, after or during a rain the storage boxes would fill with rain water. The window wasn't cracked or broken. The truck was under warranty so I thought however the dealer told me that issue wasn't covered.
So I asked them if they could repair/replace the window at my cost and they said no they don't touch them I would have to get a glass company to do it. So I got on line and found a great place called Safelite located in Louisville.

I stopped by Safelite and they checked out my window to find two drain plugs where plugged with dust etc, so they took the time to blow out the drains with an air hose and they used a water hose to make sure the window didn't leak.
The manager and three other personnel worked on my window for at least an hour even postpone their lunch break for me.
I went to pay for the service and the Manager said no charge, I said I can't do that you and your men worked so hard and the Dodge dealer turned me away. The Manager and his crew of fine men said no charge because I had a Kentucky Purple Heart license plate on my truck and they thanked me for my service in the Military.
So my heart goes out to them and I say thank you so much.
