The Safelite install technician arrived as scheduled. Kenneth informed me he would be here for approximately an hour to an hour and a half. The installation -including the calibration of the pickups onboard computer was completed within one hour! Kenneth explained what he had done, the Dupont urethane that he uses and provided some do’s and don’ts for the next 24 hours. I provided new wiper refills, which he installed at no charge to me… which was a nice gesture!

we had the option of who we wanted to take care of our recent windshield repair. we chose Safelite AutoGlass due to our experience with them in the past. Excellent communication once they were given the okay to do the repair. Installer was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repaired.

Christian called me day before my Jeep appt. It was a very windy day which I know was a concern but he asked if Id be ok with him taking my Jeep to the shop and put my windshield in. I said absolutely. Christian kept me up to date with arrival time and return of my Jeep. Never used SafeLite before but will continue to do so if I ever need to get another one (knock on wood I dont but you never know when a truck goes by and a big rock bounces from their tire and boom. . windshield broke. . which is what happened to mine). Booking it online was fast and convenient. Wonderful service and awesome tech.
