My husband and I took a road trip and our vehicle's windshield acquired a few chips. Called our insurance and they got us in within 4 days of the call. We arrived at our appointment about 45 minutes early so we walk around the plaza, where Safelite is located. The young man behind the desk took our info and keys, and even went out to see the damage. We left and ended coming back 5 minutes later, because the plaza was closed, and our vehicle was already in the shop. We sat in the lobby expecting over an hour wait, but the technician came in with our keys in half an hour. He told us he knew the shops were still closed and that he had the time, between his next appointment and last, and new our job would be a small one, so he figured he'd take care of it early so we wouldn't have to wait. He explained what he'd done and told us it's good we brought it in because one of the chips had already begun to start opening to a crack, that we caught it just in time.
Both of Safelite employees we encountered were extremely polite and efficient. The office was clean and had adequate seating. I will definitely be returning to this location for future windshield services. Thank you Safelite for such amazing service!!

These kids were courteous and told me exactly what to expect. The end result was truly amazing and so much better than I had with another company in the past. A bit cumbersome was the process of having to sign up through the website since I would’ve liked to call instead. When I arrived the order had not completely been processed with the insurance company so I had to make a phone call with the rep. That caused some unnecessary stress on my end, however the employees were very willing to get me started until I had the approval of the insurance company. I gave the work a five star since it was done so well I could hardly see the 3 spots I had on my windshield.
